- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With Pro Elite Electrical Services, you will never have to worry about what the invoice will be. All our pricing is done up-front before any work begins. We price by the job, not the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the minute you call Pro Elite, you'll know you made the right choice! We do not charge dispatch or service fees. We don't believe in charging someone to tell them how much we are going to charge them. Our friendly staff will set up an appointment that works with your schedule, and our technicians will send out a 30 minute heads up text, letting you know we are on the way. From there, we will address your concerns, and offer the best solutions to fit your needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the State of North Carolina, and maintain all continuing education requirements.
