- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer numerous pricing packages for each photography service I provide, and if no prepared package will fit a specific budget then I will work with you to create a custom package. Taxes are not included in any prices. I offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, and group sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a consultation to understand what kind of pictures a client wants and how they want to use them. Talking through these topics helps us plan the kind of photo shoot that will best meet my customer's needs. After the shoot is complete I make the pictures available on a private section of my website so the client can choose the pictures they like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a young girl I got into charcoal, pastel, and pencil drawings and of course photography. In college I took photography classes.
