Renaldo and his son from Painter 1 worked hard and did an excellent job. Tin was great to work with and very professional. Tin was only five years old when I was stationed in Vietnam and he grew up in the village near our outpost. Who would have thought that over 50 years later he would be painting the interior walls of my home.

The price for just under 1000sq/ft of walls and ceiling was incredible. The work was started within just a couple of days of the first contact. Team arrived right on time and finished the job quickly and expertly, to include all the prep of the walls, patching uneven surfaces, and cleanup. Oscar and his crew did a great job for house. Painter1 consistently quoted me much lower than other contractors. I would hire Painter1 again for future jobs. They even painted the gutters, which was a bonus to me.
