Renaldo and his son from Painter 1 worked hard and did an excellent job. Tin was great to work with and very professional. Tin was only five years old when I was stationed in Vietnam and he grew up in the village near our outpost. Who would have thought that over 50 years later he would be painting the interior walls of my home.

Tin, Oscar and the painter1 team got a two major interior painting phases done in record time. We mutually agreed to schedule changes, start and finish times. Worked through the weekend to get the job done. Careful furniture moving and overall care of the property. Will hire again.

Working with Painter1 was a great experience. They were able to come out within 24 hours to get me a quote for a one day job and were able to complete the work on the day that worked best for me. They painted the ceilings in five rooms and the walls in one. They also did some slight touching up in other places. Overall, the work was nearly perfect save for 2 - 3 small spots that needed additional touch ups, which they were happy to take care of once I let them know about them. I feel like I got a good value and was happy that communication was great throughout the entire project. I would be happy to work with Painter1 again!
