- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will vary based on your individual needs and the service purchased. However, each project will kick-off with a phone or in-person consult. This gives me the best picture of your goals for working with Refined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is actually in Business with a concentration in Marketing. I started at Refined by assisting with projects to help expand. However, I consider my training in the fashion industry to be ongoing as trends are constantly changing. Nowadays it's far easier to stay up-to-date with the help of social media and news outlets.
