Tim's team did a great job with my odd jobs in the house and cleaning and staining the deck! They even followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.Oct 30, 2016Verified
Brick or Stone Repair
They might be skilled but making an appointment or getting good communication is like pulling a million weeds in the dark.Jun 13, 2018VerifiedHandy Helpers, Inc.'s reply
We never had any communication with this person. Whom is this?
Had them come out to quote a crawl space enclosure. Did not choose due to over priced. He called me several times to ask for work. When I did find a project of clearing a ditch before a major storm he told me it was too small a job, he didn’t have time and said I should do it myself. I do not recommend unless you want your time wasted.Sep 12, 2018Verified
I hired Handy Helpers to do some siding repair which most companies were charging me an arm and a leg for. Tim gave me a reasonable estimate and also threw in several other things that needed repair. They arrived right on time and began their work. I went by and saw their work as it was progressing. It looked incredible. I liked it so much, I hired them to do a lot more. All in all, I put about $10k of work in on my home. Tim and his team ended up making a dated house look great. My house sold quickly due to the work they put in. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and you should too.May 21, 2018Verified
When we requested a response we provided our information along with our zip code . We were advised that an email would be better to get a response. An email was sent along with photos. We were then advised they do not work in VirginiaApr 12, 2018VerifiedHandy Helpers, Inc.'s reply
Thumbtack is inadvertently matching us up with persons in Virginia for Concrete work. We are not soliciting work in Virginia. This is a mistake by Thumbtack.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We are not your low-price source, we are a quality organization that has accountants, foreman, warehouses, insurance, and the best warranties(that are actually trusted). We charge based on the project. If you are using price as your number one reason then please don't engage us. Low price does not match reliable quality service. We are professionals and our work actually saves you money over the long-run because it is done so well. Please don't take this info as a form of arrogance. We are just asking you to value our time, as we do yours!
