We had a great experience with FixLab. They responded to our service request very quickly, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our Samsung washer, and clearly explained what had failed and why.

The replacement suspension rods had to be ordered, but they arrived within just a few days. As soon as the parts were available, we were scheduled right away. The technician let us know in advance when he would be arriving, showed up on time, completed the repair efficiently, and thoroughly tested the washer before leaving.

He also took the time to explain how to avoid the same problem in the future and gave us helpful maintenance tips. The repair cost, including the original parts, was fair, and we are very happy with the service. We truly appreciate the professionalism and would definitely recommend FixLab to anyone needing appliance repair.
