Joe showed up on time and worked very hard to fix a ceiling fan that I broke when I hit the blades with a floor lamp. He was not able to fix it due to the damage I caused unless extensive work was done. (Not his fault). We decided to just put up a light. As it turns out, I actually like the light better. I will most definitely use him again for my handyman needs. He is probably one of the most honest and fair people I have encountered lately.

Joe completed paint work in my home correcting a diy job I tried to do myself and it turned out beautifully. Joe was very courteous, professional and provided great customer service. Even returned to correct a minor paint flaw without hesitancy. Already looking for more projects to work on. Will definitely hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote the total job cost given the details provided so the customer can confirm that the project is within their budget. If the job description is missing some details, I will quote on a per hour basis. I occasionally will run pricing specials for certain work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive at the customer’s site, I confirm the scope of work and price so there are no surprises. I perform the work as quickly as possible with as little disruption as possible. I will clean up the work area and generally will leave it cleaner than when I arrived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned multiple properties, both principal residences as well as rental properties over 35 years. I have undertaken all maintenance tasks for these properties.
