I wanted to select all 5 categories in the survey (Punctuality, Responsiveness, Work Quality, Value, and Professionalism), but it only allowed me to select 3. Dmitriia was really responsive and was able to schedule a visit with him quickly. He showed up on Tuesday morning as planned and quickly understood the problem. I had suggested that we need to install a whole new system but he was able to make the existing broken one work and fixed it and saved on the new hardware. Kind, professional and quick.
