Dimitri did a great job! Couldn’t have asked for better. He cleaned the gutters and picked up all the junk that built up inside. He pointed out some sections that were worn and will be back to repair them. I highly recommend him.

I wanted to select all 5 categories in the survey (Punctuality, Responsiveness, Work Quality, Value, and Professionalism), but it only allowed me to select 3. Dmitriia was really responsive and was able to schedule a visit with him quickly. He showed up on Tuesday morning as planned and quickly understood the problem. I had suggested that we need to install a whole new system but he was able to make the existing broken one work and fixed it and saved on the new hardware. Kind, professional and quick.
