Dmitrii was very easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and was very kind. He completed all the work, which included disassembling a large exercise bike and a treadmill. He fully completed the job, although it took a little longer than originally expected. He also helped us move the exercise bike from the second floor to the first floor. All the trash and debris were packed into bags and removed piece by piece into his vehicle.
