I hired Josh from Pro AV & Security to wire my house with cat6a ethernet. I appreciated his professionalism and customer service in completing the work: 1. When the job turned out to be more complicated than it first looked, he honored his original quote and did not rebid. 2. There were several times where he could have taken shortcuts to make the job quicker, however he always opted to do it the right way. 3. He was very friendly and answered all of my wiring questions. When he ran into complications, he clearly explain the problem and solution. 4. He ran the wire in such a way that I could do simple maintenance and extensions myself instead of having to call him. 5. He taught me about the existing AV system the original owner had installed, showed me the wireless mesh network that I didn't even know I had, and told me how to getting working. This wasn't part of the job, he was just being helpful. It ended up being a really good deal for the amount of work he did. I plan to hire him again when I upgrade my AV system.
