I am absolutely thrilled about the outcome of Charlie’s work; it exceeded my expectations. I needed a bunch of drywall repairs and texturing done on ceilings and walls after having to replace all our polybutylene pipes (I asked for no painting since I will be doing that myself). From start to finish, his work was impeccable. Additional highlights include: - We were on a pretty tight schedule and he was able to work with us to get the job done quickly (without compromising on quality whatsoever). - He was very communicative and responsive such as when I requested the initial estimate (and asked tons of questions) and scheduling. - He carefully covered our furniture/appliances/rooms to ensure there was no damage during the process and he very cleaned the areas thoroughly when he was all finished. - He worked so efficiently, and not to mention quietly, which allowed me to still work at home during. - He was very friendly and respectful, including towards my dog who insisted on saying hi to him. - I ended up paying exactly the same amount as the estimate he initially provided me. Thank you so much, Charlie! We will certainly contact him again if we have any drywall repairs needed in the future.
