- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends upon the job. Some jobs are priced by time and materials at $100 per hour, and other jobs I give a quote on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually get as many details as possible over the phone as well as pictures if needed. Most of the time I can give a ballpark figure over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by the State of NC to have continuing ed every year. I am also an Eaton certified contractor and stay up to date with Electrical contractor magazines as well as online training webinars with Eaton and Leviton.
