Just finished my first training session with Elton. He is knowledgable, respectful and well spoken. He tailored our workout so that it was possible to keep motivated and challenged but it wasn't beyond my fitness level. He made sure I was using the correct form and technique with each movement, so as to maximize calorie burning while remaining safe. Elton is extremely professional and even shared his profound knowledge in thoughtful breathing / breathing exercises. I know I will be returning for more training sessions with Elton and can't wait to see the results in a few months!! I highly recommend him.
I began my martial arts training in 2001 with Sifu Bob after training in boxing for the previous 6 years and earned my first degree from him before his move down to the Phoenix, AZ area. I still attend any and every training session that I can when he comes to visit the area. It's always an amazing learning experience and I come away with so much more than I can ever document - which is why I am ALWAYS looking forward to his return visits. His forms having amazing flow and precision. His self defense techniques are effortless - as they should be with our system and he is able to articulate this in such a manner that I can wrap my mind around it (I'm of Irish heritage - that's no easy task!). I would whole heatedly recommend taking the opportunity to learn from Sifu Bob - it will be an amazing experience. Mr Mike McCafferty 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor at East West Martial Arts
Ken was absolutely amazing. He exceeded our expectations! He gave us practical and useful techniques that we could start to implement IMMEDIATELY. You do not have to have a self defense background to understand and benefit from his training. Ken is super professional and I'd recommend Raleigh Tactical Martial Arts to anyone looking for training!
Kevin is both extremely knowledgeable in the crafts of Martial Arts and Combat Sports, as well as a very skilled an affable instructor. I would highly recommend taking courses with Beale's Combat Sports Training as both a way to strengthen your body as well as learn some very useful self-defense techniques.
Received instruction from Sifu Alston in the martial arts for many years. Under his guidance I have learned specific techniques in multiple arts as well as how to apply them in practical real life situations. His high level of knowledge and dedication to the martial arts is reflected in his instruction and desire to develop others to achieve greatness.
My name is Giovanni my experience training martial Arts with Nhan has been very good and i want to say that his instructing than other instructors i heard about is very different meaning his teaching and lessons "fighting" is not structured whatsoever it is very fluid and freely and we learn as we go. What he always tell me is that Martial Art is not a way to master because you will never stop learning and training because if you think you are the best and think you are master then you will stop training and think you are good but are not there is endless ways to learn and train and never stop seeking for knowledge always go and push for more that is what he says and that has always sticked to me and follow through and through. I encourage anyone who wants a good instructor to please train with Nhan you won't be disappointed.
Colin is an excellent teacher who is very detailed and patient. After training with him you won't walk away disappointed or confused. I have a black belt in three arts so I know duplicity when I see it. If you're looking for a great Baguazhang school, this is it. Look no further and come see us. We'll be looking for you.

At our Martial Arts Academy, you and your family will find a fun, family-oriented environment that challenges the mind as well as the body. If you or your child have ever tried weight lifting, aerobic, jogging, cycling or any other activities in an effort to get in shape, and were unable to stick with it, you will find the clearly defined goals of taekwondo training a refreshing challenge. At our Martial Arts Academy, we offer a tremendous cardio vascular workout, while at the same time, increasing flexibility and improving muscle tone. What makes taekwondo training different from other forms of exercise is that you have a professional, certified instructor there to help you achieve your goals. Remember, while you are getting this great exercise, you are learning something useful - self-defense. Taekwondo, as a martial art, originated in Korea and has become one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. In a proper program, taekwondo can develop flexibility, increase endurance, self-confidence and self-discipline, reduce stress, and even achieve weight loss. Taekwondo/karate is a lifelong form of exercise and self-defense. Not all martial arts schools operate alike, so it is important to investigate our school and others to find your best fit. To help you see if our program is for you, we offer a free week of introductory classes. The classes are arranged by experience and by age, having both junior and adult classes, where students can progress at their own pace. For junior classes, we emphasize the tenets of taekwondo/karate which include courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. We instill a desire to achieve, succeed and have fun while building life skills of high self-esteem and respect for others. The adult class focuses on lifetime fitness, making new acquaintances and friendships and improving oneself. All classes provide you with the tools you need for self-defense. We encourage you to come and visit to see what we have to offer. Take your first step through our door, and reach your goal. Whether it is to become a black belter, meet new people, or just improve yourself physically, we have what you are looking for. Come see for yourself!
We are a self-defense focused school. Unlike many schools who claim to teach self-defense, however, we pressure-test everything we teach, so we know it works. We back up our claims with our fighters, who apply our knowledge in MMA matches, which is the mostly realistic form of pressure testing possible.
I have been doing close quarters defense, martial arts and body mechanics for over 30 years. I am realistic, firm and strive to always do the best for my clients. This often includes impromptu classes to aid in their own self-defense, in my sense. My name is Rick Crannell. Please feel free to call me.
I teach authentic martial arts from China, Philippines, and Brazil. I help build strength, learn self-defense, lose weight, and gain confidence! Lobo has over 20 years of experience and currently teaches group classes and private lessons in the triangle!
I help families find the right training program, whether it is with Vision or not. If we find that we aren't a good fit, that's okay. We will find you somewhere that is!
I provide personalized results not just a one size fits all routine.

I am a martial arts business owner who has a location in Sanford, NC. I began my journey in martial arts in 1986. During my childhood, I had the opportunity to begin my training in karate. For 7 years, I trained in this style and earned my black belt at the age of 16. I began training in TaeKwonDo in 1993 under the organization United States TaeKwonDo Alliance (USTA), which then became the International TaeKwonDo Alliance (ITA), and is today Tiger-Rock Martial Arts International (TRMAI). I earned my black belt in TaeKwonDo in 1994 and began instructing at that time. With perseverance and hard work I gained the confidence to become a better instructor and, at the same time, saw my TaeKwonDo skills progress. I was honored with top 10 national tournament rankings for 3 years in a row. For the past 25 years, I have seen the martial arts evolve while the core values of the art remain the same. Teaching, to me, is rewarding. I am able to give back what has been passed down to me. Our community is a great place to live. My students come eager to learn, willing to make a difference, and always giving their best. They make what I do worthwhile.
