I was moved from a 2 level house to a 4th floor apartment (there was an elevator) in 3.5 hours! When the guys arrived they were extremely professional, introduced themselves, and asked to tour what I needed moved. They strategized to load the truck quickly and efficiently, having everything loaded in just one hour. The same thought and strategy was put into unloading overall making this my most enjoyable move... and I've moved quite a bit and have had my share of good and bad moving experiences. Because of the great price and awesome job done, I've already recommended Joyful Movers to 2 friends since my move yesterday!

Joyful Movers was great! I contacted them about 2 weeks before the move and they came out, did a walk through and gave an estimate. On the day of the move 2 movers came with a 26 ft. truck and they worked hard! They were very personable and careful with every piece of my furniture. All of our furniture is REAL wood and heavy. They worked hard emptying out a ranch style house and then unloading and carrying all the furniture upstairs. I highly recommend Joyful Movers!

Had a 9 o'clock arrival booked, movers showed up at 9 on the dot. Was quoted for 2 guys and got 3 (no additional charge!), The guys were friendly and very efficient. They moved at breakneck speed and had my entire apt packed, drove 40 miles to the next apt, and unpacked in exactly 3.5 hrs. Best moving experience I've ever had!

Crew showed up exactly on time, very friendly. The items moving were for a one bedroom apt, with 20 boxes, the furniture was extremely heavy, the movers did an excellent job with the move, it only took them 2 hours to load and unload to new residence. NICE!

Joyful Movers are awesome! They came all the way down to Troy, NC to help us move and got everything moved in under 4 hours. Greg and the guys were friendly and very careful in moving all of our items. For us, this truly was a "Joyful" experience.

Prices and travel fees vary according to job needs. Remember a move 35 miles or less apart are charged hourly, a move 36+ miles apart can ONLY legally be charged by weight and distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically send a generic estimate, answer questions, come and do a free onsite estimate. Always here to answer questions before and after move date.
