Introduction: My passion for fitness began in high school with sports such as volleyball, swim, and basketball. I was always interested in watching competitive sports, and seeing the amount of time and dedication that the athletes put into their training . I was a CrossFit athlete for two years, and competed in local competitions before switching to bodybuilding where I competed in an OCB Bikini show in 2017. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals, whether it's just for a lifestyle change, competition, or upcoming event. Stephanie is not only a great coach, but an amazing mentor, friend, and someone you would consider as part of your family. I love that anything she asks or expects from you is no different than what she would do for herself! She’s beside you every step of the journey. One moment that I will never forget is the night that I took my sweatshirt off at the gym because I finally felt confident enough to show off my arms. I immediately texted her and shared how overwhelmed I was with my progress and how I was finally starting to feel like myself again in my own skin! Stephanie is amazing! I’ve been extremely happy with the meal plan and workout plan she created for me. Meals are easy and delicious, and I haven’t felt hungry at all. 2 lbs down in the first week!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to schedule a consultation and meet with all new clients at the Studio. I give them a tour and show them all that we have to offer, and then we sit down and discuss their goals and find a program and plan that works best for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Specialist.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    In 2015 I hit the unhealthiest point in my life, mentally and physically. I was dealing with a major life change, a new career, and new place to call home. I was highly active in sports during high school but found myself gaining weight throughout college and starting my career. I remember waking up one day and telling myself I had to make a change. I was tired of not feeling well, and not liking the person I saw in the mirror. I remember stepping into the gym for the first time since school and being so terrified that I left and went back home. I wondered, are people staring at me? Laughing? How will I know what machines to use, and am I doing them wrong? Fast forward a few weeks later, I decided to try this new thing at the time called CrossFit. I thought I would feel more comfortable in a group setting with a coach instructing me on what to do. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I ended up joining and fell in love with being active again. I was a CrossFit athlete for almost two years before I switched to Bodybuilding and competed in my first OCB Bikini show in 2017. Since my show, I completed my training to become a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Group Instructor through ACE. I am so thankful for the path that led me to be a trainer because it allows me to be relatable to my clients. I understand the daily struggles, the setbacks, the feeling that you will never lose the weight or be happy in your own skin again. I hope to be an inspiration and voice of hope to every single person I work with, and to be the role model that I needed when I started my fitness journey.
