- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give you the option to buy only what you want! After your session, I send you a gallery of images to choose from. From there, you can decide how much you'd like to spend on images!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always talk with a potential client and find out what they are looking for first. Then I let them know my pricing and help them plan their session! I'm happy to suggest locations, send a style guide to help with outfit planning and I even have a client closet for my clients to use if they wish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of workshops, seminars and classes. Ongoing learning in my field that never ends!
