I had a wonderful experience using Proper Tile and Stone for my shower regrouting. Evan was easy to schedule with, reasonable in price, showed up on time and completed the job quickly. My shower looks brand new! I’m very happy with the result and the process was painless. I would definitely use Proper Tile and Stone again in the future.

Evan always updated us on his arrival and arrived on time as promised. He is extremely detailed and the finished product is beautiful! He had great design ideas and completed additional items that were necessary to add the finishing touches to our master bathroomremodel. We have already decided to have him complete an even larger project in other areas of our home. Great Work! Great Price! Great Person!

I wish I could have chosen all of the options for things I liked about working with Evan, as he was all of them. I am so glad to have found him and had him do the work he did on my kitchen floor. He was clean, professional, knowledgeable, very fairly priced and just a nice human. Even was great in all aspects of his job. He was a breath of fresh air after all the other folks we tried to have do a job correct. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair and very competitive, which gives me little flexibility in terms of discounts and reductions. I pay close attention to the market and my prices are priced accordingly to give clients a great value along with high quality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in construction technology as well as a number of certificates of education from various trade programs. Aside from education, I have years of hands on experience in various fields of new construction and residential repair work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation finish surface installer, and have been working with my family in the trades since I was a child.
