FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom was a God-fearing-stickler for cleaning. I spent 16 years of my life cleaning a room, and then having to redo the entire room if I missed a single thing - everyday all the time. Before you cry child abuse let me tell you it made me one of the best cleaners by testimony of many. From there, I moved into the service industry and learned more of the commercial and business side of cleaning and serving Guests. After almost five years in college my wife and I finally decided to start training others to hire. Although it may seem silly, we were born and bred to clean, serve and manage. It might not be what everyone wants to be... but it is sure nice for us and might be great for you too.
- What types of customers have you worked with?

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Walk around your desired task and try and describe to yourself (or another person if it will make you feel better) what outcome you want. For instance, "I'd really like to see the interior of this boat shine and the white every where to glisten. I want the seats where my kids sit to be detailed and the cooler detailed" sounds like a lot more to work with than "clean my boat". If you say "clean my boat" - we will do it happily, but specific description can actually save you money. If a professional knows you really don't want the "tires" detailed, they can knock off time there and put it to more valuable use to you... well HOPEFULLY that's what they're doing.
