I believe that good lighting is essential to property photography. That's why I bring my own lights and take the time to light each photograph in a way that draws the viewer into the image, creates a pleasant mood, and shows off the qualities of the property. I like navigation shots that show the viewer how they can move around the space. I hate the "cardboard box" look caused by bad lighting. Aerial photos and video can add context and drama. I am a UAV (drone) pilot licensed by the FAA and certified by the State of North Carolina. Images will be provided promptly and will be suitable for onine posting or printing. There are a lot of exciting things about property photography. I enjoy meeting people who are excited about their properties, and I love expressing their excitement via photography. I actually love creating beautiful and engaging property images. I strive to express the noble ways in which we construct and use our living spaces.
