- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
. My rates vary depending on the type of work I do. General labor type work (mowing, trimming, raking,etc.) I generally charge $30/hr. Carpentry, painting, sheetrock, I generally charge $35/hr. The more technical, dangerous type work ( electrical, plumbing, gutters, roofing, insulation), I generally charge $40/hr Or if customer prefers, I will estimate a quote for the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
. Customer makes initial contact through Thumbtack and I suggest text as my preferred means of communication then we discuss the issue and schedule an appointment to complete the work.
