The first cleaner we had seemed to go above and beyond, and I was very happy. The place smelled great and seemed super clean. We did 2 more cleanings but both were disappointing. These are contracted cleaners (not employees) and don't seem to have a checklist or much direction. I've also never been provided a list of what should be included. They all use different cleaning agents, some ask to use my cleaning supplies while others bring their own, some make the beds and vacuum the sofa while others don't. I appreciate small things like re-lining the trash cans, taking out the kitchen trash, leaving things where they were originally found, using cleaning agents that smell fresh, washing breakfast dishes that may be in the sink, etc. If these things aren't included, they should be. And I would have liked some consistency. Going with another company.
