I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I began my martial arts training in 2001 with Sifu Bob after training in boxing for the previous 6 years and earned my first degree from him before his move down to the Phoenix, AZ area. I still attend any and every training session that I can when he comes to visit the area.It's always an amazing learning experience and I come away with so much more than I can ever document - which is why I am ALWAYS looking forward to his return visits. His forms having amazing flow and precision. His self defense techniques are effortless - as they should be with our system and he is able to articulate this in such a manner that I can wrap my mind around it (I'm of Irish heritage - that's no easy task!). Best workout ever. Albert completely customizes everything to your needs and interests. He helped my son with football, my daughter with dance, and allows me to box (which I love). He is very experienced and makes the process fun. Can't say enough good things.

I've been taking private lessons with Mr. Pratt for several months. He is always on time, very professional and does a fantastic job of catering the training to my ability level. If you are looking for a weapon based martial art I highly recommend training with Mr. Pratt.
Stewart and Tactical Survival Training is hands-down the best self defense training Ive ever had. Along with some fitness training, my wife and I received firearms instruction from Stewart that was second-to-none! What really impressed us was that his instruction was so STRONGLY based in REAL-WORLD scenarios. There was absolutely no fluff or showing off, and each piece of instruction had several layers of both mechanical and statistical reasons to back it up. He even sent us home with simple drills we do to improve performance and recall in high-stress situations. Stewart does not have the ego that you often run into with instructors in this field. He listens, assesses, and gives you his best instruction that is almost always supported by irrefutable evidence. We had no idea how little we knew before taking the classes. The Tactical Survival website and newsletters offer TONS of real-world training that is keep VERY up-to-date with recent trends in crime, statistics, and science.
