I have trained with Sifu Bob in both the Pacific Northwest, as well as in AZ, and as a student of Martial Arts for almost 20 years I have had the privilege of experiencing his guidance and instruction over the entire span of my martial arts journey. Sifu Bob is patient, understanding, and has an uncanny knack for being able to break down every movement and technique in a way that not only you can understand - but so you can achieve. Over the course of many years, Sifu Bob has studied various methods, many different styles, and has been taught by the very best instructors anyone could hope to find and he brings all these skills and teaching techniques to his students. He will spend one-on-one time with you, as well as giving you the non-intimidating group instruction. Above all else, Sifu Bob is 100% dedicated and committed to learning, sharing, and taking his beloved students on his martial arts journey, while providing his students the tools to find their own path as they discover and create a journey of their own. I can truly say, he does it because he loves it, and that is YOUR benefit. I not only would recommend him as your martial arts instructor, but I would encourage you to observe and visit with the man, and you will find out what we have all found out within a very short time. Sifu Bob was born to teach! Walk on, Frank Fenlon (1st Degree, Kajukenbo Tum Pai)
I've been taking private lessons with Mr. Pratt for several months. He is always on time, very professional and does a fantastic job of catering the training to my ability level. If you are looking for a weapon based martial art I highly recommend training with Mr. Pratt.
Kareem is a great trainer, he will push you to limits you would not think you could reach, but he will also make sure you are comfortable at the same time, he has various workouts also for each part of the body you would like to work, and he taught some boxing lessons, but the most important thing to me is that Kareem is a good mentor to me and has a lot of knowledge on life, and is very respectful, i can go and talk to him about anything, Kareem is the man!!
My name is Giovanni my experience training martial Arts with Nhan has been very good and i want to say that his instructing than other instructors i heard about is very different meaning his teaching and lessons "fighting" is not structured whatsoever it is very fluid and freely and we learn as we go. What he always tell me is that Martial Art is not a way to master because you will never stop learning and training because if you think you are the best and think you are master then you will stop training and think you are good but are not there is endless ways to learn and train and never stop seeking for knowledge always go and push for more that is what he says and that has always sticked to me and follow through and through. I encourage anyone who wants a good instructor to please train with Nhan you won't be disappointed.
I have tried everything and every local gym to lose weight. I stumbled upon Coach Cook at Back2Basics, and it changed my life! He offers a new twist on actually getting results and also imparts great knowledge about nutrition. I lost the weight and am maintaining it!
Received instruction from Sifu Alston in the martial arts for many years. Under his guidance I have learned specific techniques in multiple arts as well as how to apply them in practical real life situations. His high level of knowledge and dedication to the martial arts is reflected in his instruction and desire to develop others to achieve greatness.
Serge was my coach and I can say that I really, helped a great job, very good and professional. I recommend him.
