- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BUCH Plumbing offers flat rate pricing for plumbing services. Each job is subject to $59 service fee. Service fee includes a thorough evaluation of plumbing issue. One diagnosed then estimates for repair are given. If repairs can be done same day, the we waive the service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we collect ************, *****, and address. Once customer contact info collected, then customer provides description of plumbing issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tony Buchanan, owner of BUCH Plumbing is a North Carolina licensed plumber. With over 10 years working in the residential plumbing repair/installation/sales industry. After working with the biggest plumbing company in the Charlotte area, Tony saw the need for more affordability in the plumbing industry North Carolina.
