So my husband was trying to fix the toilet and realized it was way more than he bargained for. I read the reviews and even though there weren't that many reviews I decided to take a chance. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite diagnosis of plumbing issues only $49 plus tax. Service fee includes a thorough evaluation of plumbing issue. Once diagnosed, then repair estimates are presented. If repairs can be done same day, the we waive the service fee.
Free over the phone estimates also provided!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We accept all new customers looking for plumbing solutions. New customers are treated like long time valued customers. No add on fees for new customers or weekend emergencies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tony Buchanan (owner/operator) has over 15 years experience in residential and commercial plumbing. I obtained my plumbing certification from Morris Jenkins Heating, Air, Plumbing, Electrical. During my time with the company I obtained my North Carolina P1 Plumbing License and became a license holder with the company. I have hands on experience dealing with all residential and commercial plumbing. As an experienced service plumber I have spent years diagnosing, repairing, and installing all residential and commercial plumbing.
