I grew up in plumbing business, worked for dad 30 years. Job experience if it has water, sewer or natural gas I can fix it! I have the same customer service attitude as Chick Fila. Customer service is all. But I also have found out you can’t please everyone, but I do try very hard.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We had mold from a possible leak, and Don came out, removed portions of the ceiling and wall, performed a full inspection, and provided his assessment. I really enjoyed learning new things about plumbing and things to be aware of and look out for. As a homeowner, it's important to know these things so you don't end up overspending. I love it when good professionals not only do the job well but are also willing to share their knowledge. I suspected if its a plumbing problem coz the wall was wet. He was professional enough and told me straight away that its not a plumbing problem and got me the direction. No waste of time or the money. Easy Peasy!

Don removed my disposal and replaced it with a drain and other component parts. Unfortunately, Don had to return a few times due to a leak, but he was persistent and highly responsive and never gave up. Further diagnosis revealed one of the core parts was defective.

Don is hard-working and will do everything possible to make the situation right. He never charged me labor or parts for any return calls. He responds promptly and aims to please.
