Don removed my disposal and replaced it with a drain and other component parts. Unfortunately, Don had to return a few times due to a leak, but he was persistent and highly responsive and never gave up. Further diagnosis revealed one of the core parts was defective. Don is hard-working and will do everything possible to make the situation right. He never charged me labor or parts for any return calls. He responds promptly and aims to please.

He was great. I had sink filled with Metamucil that clogged kitchen sink. Even after using draino it wouldn’t budge. He came out within an hour as promised. Arrived, snaked my line before any additional damage could happen and was gone within an hour. We spent another 15-20 min talking afterwards. I felt the price was fair, not cheap for a weekend job. Very good guy.
