He did a thorough job diagnosing the water issue with my washer. With his honest advice I decided to buy a new washer . My Samsung washer was only 5 years old but had already had 2 major service calls and we should not put any more money in to this washer.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator, and he identified the problem in less than 10 minutes. A clogged drain was causing ice to build up in the freezer and was causing water to leak continuously onto the floor. As the unit was completely frozen he couldnt clear the clogged valve. He told us exactly how clear the drain when all the built up ice had melted. After two days, the freezer was clear of ice and working perfectly. Kevin returned the next day and put the fridge back together. He only charged us for one visit. We highly recommend Jack Rabbit ApplianceRepair!

Jack Rabbit Appliance Repair offers upfront and honest pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard residential diagnostic/service call fee starts at $40, and that fee goes toward the cost of the repair if the repair is approved. Commercial appliance service calls may vary depending on equipment type and location. We provide clear estimates before repairs are completed and offer discounts for multiple appliances diagnosed during the same visit. We also proudly offer a 10% discount for veterans and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the appliance issue and scheduling a convenient service appointment. Upon arrival, we perform a full diagnostic to identify the problem and explain the recommended repair options. Once approved, we complete the repair as efficiently as possible and test the appliance to ensure proper operation before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial appliances, along with HVAC and refrigeration training. I also hold EPA certification for refrigeration-related work and regularly work with electrical diagnostics, sealed systems, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and ice machines.
