Replaced the drain pump in my Samsung washer very quickly after the diagnosis. Though he did seem puzzled how my washer had a part fail completely. He told me it should have sputtered and started to struggle for a while before giving out while mine just bit the dust all at once. It's working great now and the fact that he told me it was abnormal made me think that he was being honest about what the issue was. I had hoped it was just clogged and we would get it fixed cheaper but I can't complain about him finding a problem I hoped it wasn't and then fixing it at the rate generally accepted for the labor and part
