- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary according to date, location of event, duration and equipment needed. We also offer additional services such as a wireless lapel mic and sound system for your minister, or a projector and screen for a slideshow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a lot of listening. Our goal is always to find out what our clients are looking for and we do our best to exceed their expectations when it comes to service and quality. Many professional event planners with national companies call on us for events that require a comfortable, Southern regional feel and we make every effort to bring their client's vision to life to the best of our ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Musicians since childhood. We have been privileged to work with some of the largest companies in the world: Toyota, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Destination Management Companies, and the nation's top resorts.
