I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, also known as Tipsy Dragonfly Bartending, for our recent fundraising event in Middleburg. From the moment I contacted her through Thumbtack, Ashley was professional and excellent in her communication. Despite my short notice, she went above and beyond to accommodate our request, rearranging her schedule to be available for our event.

Ashley arrived on time, dressed professionally and appropriately for the occasion. Throughout the entire event, she represented herself exceptionally well. Her friendly demeanor and constant smile made all of our guests feel welcomed and at ease. She effortlessly handled the bar, ensuring that everyone's needs were met promptly and with a positive attitude.

We received numerous compliments from our guests about Ashley's bartending skills and customer service. She was a true asset to our event, and we are incredibly grateful to have found her. Without a doubt, we plan on keeping Ashley as our go-to bartender for future events.

I was disappointed with my experience. The invoice stated there would be two bartenders, but only one showed up, and I wasn’t notified beforehand. When guests first started ordering drinks, service was delayed because not everything needed was available. I also felt the bartender spent too much time on her phone, and I had to ask for more engagement with my guests. We discussed my concerns during the event, and she apologized and offered to make it right by going to get ice. However, I was still disappointed with the overall service and was surprised to later be asked for an additional payment despite the issues we experienced.
