The sales person was friendly and easy to work with (not pushy). The guys that came to do the demo and installation were polite, conscientious, and efficient. The painters also did a great job. We love our new shower and bathroom and have been very pleased with their work!

I recently had a walk in shower installed by Five Star Bath Solutions and could not be happier with the results. Louis did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was detailed oriented and takes pride in his work. Louis made sure everything was done perfectly and left the space clean when he was finish. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone considering a bathroom upgrade. Five Star removed the original shower and installed a new one. We are very happy with the outcome, however, it took considerably longer than expected (over a month) and the communication from beginning to end was poor.
