Eco Thermal Bed Bug Exterminators were amazing! Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful for our situation in which we didn’t know we had them until recently and our leasing office was no help. We have a rental unit here in Charlotte area (Dilworth to be exact) and we had a tenant complain about being bitten. Long story short it was infested with bed bugs. So we had to move fast, fortunately the first place we saw was this company and let me tell you we got lucky! They knew everything and made it a pleasure even though the whole situation was a disaster. They took care of the problem in one day and since then we haven't had any problems, This was about a month ago.
