- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use simple pricing that takes into consideration the shoot time, equipment required such as portable sets & lighting, backdrops, number of shots needed, post processing, props and outfits. We always include ALL "best of shots" on disk and all of our work comes with a satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explore what the customer wants to accomplish. Many of our customers are experiencing a photo shoot for the first time. We plan the shoot with them, explain how it all works, and what they should expect. We direct them all along the way while on the set. Their being comfortable is crucial for great images.
