FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically a function of the services required and the time requirements for delivery of a result. Pricing programs can be flexible and we always work with the budget constraints of the client. We can provide pricing based on an hourly rate or a fixed price for the project. We do request 50% of a fixed priced contract with the engagement. For hourly rate projects we ask for a deposit against the estimated time to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client is not much different from an existing client. The most critical part is good communication on the Scope of Work and getting the expectations in place. There is some discussion on methods and standard that are important DKM and important for the client to understand. Once we have this is place, we treat all clients with respect and focus on meeting our objectives with a solid foundation of good communication along the way.
