- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is unique, so our quotes are based on the size of the area, the type of cleaning required, and any special treatments (such as pet odor or stain removal). We also offer bundle discounts when you schedule multiple services (carpet, tile, upholstery, etc.) at the same time. For repeat customers, property managers, and commercial clients, we provide loyalty and volume discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free. First, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home or business and the areas you’d like cleaned. From there, we provide a clear estimate with no hidden fees. On the day of service, we arrive on time, walk through the job with you, and address any spots or concerns you want us to focus on. After the cleaning, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave. Our goal is to earn your trust and make the process easy from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed several professional online courses in carpet, upholstery, and floor care to stay up to date on the latest techniques and eco-friendly products. More importantly, I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in the field, working with all types of flooring and fabrics. This combination of formal training and real-world practice allows me to deliver safe, effective, and lasting results for every customer.
