The tech was professional and friendly, although he was late. I did get a text saying he was running behind about 10 minutes before the appointment time. I could not really tell the difference in my carpets after it was complete. The floors were not as damp as I thought they may be. My carpets were not terrible, but you could see defects where there was the most traffic. So I expected to see a significant change in those areas but not like expected. There was a weird smell left when he was done that my husband ended up re-shampooing the carpets with our own cleaner so that the smell wouldn't linger. So essentially, I paid for nothing.

Thank you for your honest and candid feedback, we truly appreciate it. Because you requested dry cleaning, the carpets wouldn’t have been overly damp due to the low-moisture encapsulation process. With this process, carpets dry in 1 to 2 hours.
While we always strive to be punctual, the technician was finishing up an earlier appointment that ran over. We did send updates via text and the portal to keep you informed, but I completely understand how that may have been frustrating. I only wish you had reached out sooner so we could have addressed your concerns in the moment and found a way to make it right.
