And we TGS can’t thank you enough! I know Chef was thrilled to hear this and I know she will look forward to seeing you all next week.
Brandy was amazing! She prepared a surprise Father's Day dinner for my husband and he loved it! She was very professional, courteous and the food was great! She even prepared a small plate for my baby! She wore a mask and gloves while preparing the meal as a precautionary measure due to COVID-19. I would definitely recommend her and hope to hire her again!Jun 25, 2020VerifiedThe Grand Services, LLC.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes it begins with usually if the guest has a head count and base budget. But could change depending the menu and any additional amenities needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Talking to the guest and getting a feel of what the guest wants and needs. Gathering all the information needed at the beginning helps to have a great start for great service. If there is further development needed, we will then follow through to contact the guest back in a reasonable time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended The Art Institute of Charlotte to study Culinary Art. Along with my extensive years of cooking with my family's catering business. I then relocated to Charlotte, and began the journey of my purpose. Leading up to working at several catering companies; i.e. a long standing historical B&B and a few other catering companies located in Charlotte.
