-Diagnostic fee of 70.00 for service calls -All repairs or installations have a flat rate price so customers know up front what the work will cost before proceeding, regardless of how long it may take -Free installation estimates -Free second opinion (with receipt from another company)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I start any service or estimate we will talk about the issues or concerns the customer has related to the system or home. I may have questions for the homeowner that will help better understand the issue(s) as well. The homeowner will always know up front how we will proceed and then once we look over the system we will give options with a flat rate price for the repair(s) or replacement.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and make an informed decision. Don’t feel pressured to do something you don’t feel comfortable with.
