Morris-Jenkins was able to get someone out quickly and my issue resolved equally as fast. No more flickering lights and I even learned some things to add to my own toolbox! Haha
Everything was great from beginning to end. I had to get a whole new system and they were able to install it the same day, as well as give me options for financing. They even called to make sure everything was good with the inspection. Very happy with choosing them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you have a problem with your heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, a diagnosis is $89. We are currently running a special with plumbing, so if you decide to go with our repairs after we arrive, we’ll WAIVE the plumbing diagnostic fee as a courtesy to our Thumbtack customers!
We also offer a 5% discount for seniors and veterans!
Every time we go out on a call, the situation is going to be a little different from other calls. Pricing determines on the parts and labor needed for the repair. For more information, please reach out to us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to speak with the homeowner to set up an account, and then we'll send a professional out to the home to evaluate what needs to be done. The professional will then go over options and pricing putting you in control, and will never start any work without your permission!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our field technicians are properly trained. We have a state of the art learning lab on site at our head quarters, where all field personnel receive ongoing training from seasoned, experienced professionals.
