Best plumbing experience ever! I had a leak near my outdoor spigot that was near an electrical outlet. Morris Jenkins was out the next day. Nate Sloan was my technician. He called in advance, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly kind and personable. He explained my issue clearly, talked through options to solve it, and made sure I was comfortable with the decision/price. He also kindly answered some random questions I had about plumbing unrelated to my issue. I will only be using Morris Jenkins moving forward. Please do something to recognize Nate - he was outstanding!

We had a problem with low pressure water from one of our main bedroom due to carbon blockage from the filters which I earlier fixed to the shower, they removed it and fixed back the main shower to the shower supply. It was done very quickly and had done a great job but I feel a bit pricey for this task

Charles was great. I had another plumber out here the day prior and the quality of work was vastly different. He was thorough and made initial fixes and even came back in when we discovered a secondary wet spot which resulted needed another fix. He took his time and waited to ensure nothing more had occurred. We would use Morris- Jenkins again.

I'm remodeling a home, and the existing plumbing has...issues. I managed to break off a hot water valve while removing a rotted vanity. Bad news/good news - had to call a plumber to help figure out what the situation was, and it wasn't good. There's older C-PVC piping, and the vanity I was working on was joined through the wall to the vanity in the other bathroom. All of it was in poor condition. So, Morris-Jenkins has now replaced the vanity lines with Pex, and I have a great deal more confidence that there won't be further problems. There's much more work to be done as soon as budget allows, and I will call on Morris-Jenkins to help me out again!

The took my old garden tub with jets out and replaced it with my new freestanding tub with jets they check the old plumbing making sure it was correct and corrected bc the home is an older home . They did a good job

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you have a problem with your heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, a diagnosis is $89. We are currently running a special with plumbing, so if you decide to go with our repairs after we arrive, we’ll WAIVE the plumbing diagnostic fee as a courtesy to our Thumbtack customers!
We also offer a 5% discount for seniors and veterans!
Every time we go out on a call, the situation is going to be a little different from other calls. Pricing determines on the parts and labor needed for the repair. For more information, please reach out to us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to speak with the homeowner to set up an account, and then we'll send a professional out to the home to evaluate what needs to be done. The professional will then go over options and pricing putting you in control, and will never start any work without your permission!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our field technicians are properly trained. We have a state of the art learning lab on site at our head quarters, where all field personnel receive ongoing training from seasoned, experienced professionals.
