Jeffrey took 2 days to install my nest thermostat. Afterwards he found problems with the HVAC unit promised me that he would work on a repair or a replacement. After deciding to go with repair. He initially said he ordered the parts. I called and texted him repeatedly the day the parts were supposed to arrive to confirm installation. He did not answer. I believed he blocked me on his phone and he never replied to my text. This is simply unprofessional and very inappropriate as I have a tenant who does not have heat because of him. So now I have to find another professional to do the install.
