- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting with a new customer, I usually begin by understanding their needs and objectives through an initial consultation. Based on our discussion, I assess the project requirements and create a tailored plan to meet their goals effectively. Once the plan is finalized, I provide a detailed proposal, including timelines and pricing. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication and keep the customer updated on progress. Feedback is always welcome, and I make any necessary revisions to ensure satisfaction. Upon completion, I ensure all deliverables meet the customer's requirements and offer ongoing support as needed. This approach ensures a seamless and successful collaboration with every new customer.

I served in the US Air Force as an HVAC technician so all of my training and certifications are through the US government.
