- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Air Conditioning and Heating requires an investigation to detect the proper line of action. Most of my diagnosis are free. It depends on each case, but my customer can rest assured that she/he will not incur in any charges if she/he does not agree with it firsthand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the homeowner says. He knows better how his AC/System should perform. From listening you can diagnose better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have an Associate Degree in HVAC. Also I am EPA and NATE certified. I am always pursuing education in my field that is constantly becoming integrated with electronics.
