I believe in 'No-Surprise' pricing. Before any tools come out of the bag, you’ll receive a clear, upfront estimate. We offer competitive flat-rate diagnostic fees, and because I value those who keep our community running, I offer dedicated discounts for seniors, first responders, and active military. My goal isn't just to fix a unit; it's to provide a long-term solution that fits your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation, not just a service call. I begin by listening to your specific concerns—whether it's a weird noise or a spike in your energy bill. After a thorough diagnostic, I’ll walk you through the 'why' behind the issue and provide options for repair or replacement. Once the job is done, we do a full system test together to ensure you’re 100% comfortable before I leave
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a rare combination of formal academic training and decades of hands-on grit. I hold a degree in HVAC technology, which provided the scientific foundation for how airflow and thermodynamics work. I am also a fully licensed HVAC Contractor with nearly 20 years of experience troubleshooting every make and model of heating and cooling equipment on the market.
