QC mechanical, allowed me to book an appointment almost a month out. That allowed for flexibility in my schedule. QC mechanical came earlier than the quote time, which was great but I had been a few days without air. Would use them again. Thanks for all of the help.

Jerry Took the time over the phone to walk me through the most likely scenarios over the phone while being clear he needed to actually diagnose the system. He arrived on-site exactly on time. My thermostat was loose on the wall and he remounted/tightened it. Then continued on to quickly diagnose the problem. He provided tactical and long term options. He was very straightforward the entire time. I would recommend QC Mechanical to anyone needing AC work. Bill

Jerry was the guy that came and helped us was very professional and the work they did was amazing, and might I say took the time to show us everything they did step by step and how it work was very knowledgeable and professional I can’t say I have ever had anyone take the time like they did to show us how everything worked and made sure we felt comfortable with how everything worked and told use if we ever have any question to call if he could not walk us threw it he would come back out and show us in person. Beat hvac company I have ever worked with and will never use another I recommend this company to everyone if u want a company that does great work and care this is the company I would use
