FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an owner operator, I am constantly surveying the marketplace to make sure that we are price competitive and because we are not a super large company, we operate lean and mean. We keep our expenses low so that we can pass on savings to our customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask you to spend just a few minutes on the phone with us while we gather some basic information. Normally, we schedule a time that works for you to stop by and physically see what your cleaning needs are. If it is a simple cleaning, we can normally quote a price on the spot. Also, in the case of pressure washing, we are often able to utilize web based tools to see your property online, eliminating the need for a visit prior to providing you with a price for our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having both a BA and MBA, I worked for a cleaning franchise for 10 years where I perfected my craft. During that time I grew to become that largest franchisee in that company's history.
