I own a commercial rental property and was fortunate to find and hire Mean Sweep Cleaning Services LLC, owned by Dean and Mary Stowers. Their company serviced my property fives time per week for nearly 5 years. I have no doubt they would still be servicing the property if they had not decided to relocate to Charlotte NC. They were so professional that they made sure we were taken care of during the transition from Mean Sweep providing cleaning services to another company taking on cleaning of the property. Who does that? Dean and Mary Stowers, that's who! Now, to describe their professionalism, it starts during the initial interview process to hire them. They both came to the interview, they were very prepared to look over the property and tell me in detail what they would do in the course of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning services. Within a day they presented me with a thorough contract outlining what to expect so there would be no surprises. Once on board, they came through on their word and provided excellent cleaning services day in and day out. If I needed anything extra done, they were able to present me with a price and proceed to do the extra work quickly and thoroughly. Both Dean and Mary were communicative and hands on. Working at Mean Sweep, my husband and I learned so much from Mary and Deon. They have so much patience, from the way they communicate with everyone and teach their workers. They are also top notch when it comes to their cleaning methods because they make sure to go deeper than such surface level. We would work with them again if the opportunity ever arised🤓
