- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our jobs are based on bidding the actual work. We can give ballpark pre estimates by square footages but this can leave unreasonable expectations and be very far off in some circumstances.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start my bussiness because I saw the demand for quality people to do quality work. Too many people were telling me horror stories about this contractor or that trade giving them the runaround or not finishing their projects to their expectations. I knew I could do better.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the license, check the Insurance and check the references. Don't just accept that a friend of a friends cousin can do the job that needs to be done. You wouldn't buy a television without doing your research be as dilligent in fact more so before you let someone start a project for you. Also if you paid for it make sure you get it.
