Daniel started off with quality work. After a few days of work, Daniel and his team were anxious to close out the job on a Friday evening in the dark. Unfortunately, I looked at the work in the dark and should have waited to pay him the final amount until after I could inspect the work in the daylight. I paid him in full Friday night. Saturday morning I realized I made a mistake when I saw the items they were finishing Friday evening. I sent photos and notes to Daniel and asked him to come back and fix the issues. Daniel kept responding he would come back on Monday or Tuesday to fix items. After getting this response for several weeks in a row, I asked for a small refund. He said I would get it on Tuesday. On Wednesday I texted him only to get a reply that I needed to wait longer. Another week has passed and he said he doesn't have the funds to refund me. Daniel and his crew are capable of quality work, but rushing through the end of the job absolutely crushed the quality of work, and now he's not willing to make it right.
