We hired Dennis to install Crown Moulding and Wainscoting. The workmanship is fantastic and we could not be more pleased. We obtained multiple quotes and Dennis beat them all with better quality.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Pricing as follows based on a room approx 12 by 12 feet: install crown-$280.00. This include material and filling nail holes and caulking and painting the installed moulding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the customer in-person and also providing a written estimate of the request and recommended service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own 2 rental properties in which I have renovated and installed crown Mouldings and base board and trim moldings in every room of the home..In the past 5 years, I have installed at least 3 miles of crown moulding alone.
