- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices do vary and will depend on a package you choose. I offer multiple lessons discounts, referrals. No hidden fees of any kind, no pressure to buy. I keep it simple. I suggest - you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like anything you come about, ballroom dancing is a skill and a process. I identify your needs and start building basic foundation and go from there. I like things simple and efficient. I teach it this way. I treat everyone differently and use personal approach. No matter what your needs are, I will find the way to get you there. The rest is for you to decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm from Ukraine originally. I started dancing at the age of 7. I'm professionally trained, competed in Professional Ballroom Dancing and 39 years in a business. Constantly evolving and learning.
